OT amalgam removal advice needed

OK woo hoo I'm getting the mercury out starting in Jan

I have 4 fillings I've had since I was 6--eww.

I found a Dentist recommended by the Chiro's office--she said they do leach

packs?

Know anything about that?

also do I do them all at once or 2 at a time?

Any thing I should be doing while this is going on --nutritionally or HP?
