Reverse immunization effects? OT: diet

This sounds familiar. Are you following Dr. Mercola's diet? The

kids are not dairy right now, but after the new year we were going to

challenge this with raw milk cheese. We have been slowly removing

rice and corn products. They have to eat vegetables before they get

meat before they get rice/corn products. At this point, they

frequently say they are no longer hungry before they get to the

grains. I am buying two boxes of gorilla munch cereal (one box is

polished off by playdates), two things of rice cakes, two packages of

rice crackers, and one bag of popcorn per every two weeks.

Why the slippery arm bark? Recently I purchased a pro-biotic,

absorbaid, zinc, and gluta (something or another). Kids already get

Carlson's Cod liver oil, vitamin, Vitamin C (absorbate), and calcium

supplements (in both liquid and chewable form).

Slippery Elm Bark coats the mucous lining of the gut which will help

it to heal. L-Glutamine is a gut strengthener amino acid (also a

muscle strengthener).

No I'm not using the diet - as I have no need and I don't have dogs

with IBD/IBS/Colitis.

But the same applies to humans or dogs if they have intestinal

problems. Grains aggravate more than dairy. Also if need be

digestive enzymes are helpful, especially if they also help digest

meats/fat and plant matter.
