Can you tell me what your symptoms were?

I got the flu, and no I did not get the shot and I'm very glad about

it. I rather get it this way and let my body heal naturally. I only

had pain for 2 days, pumped myself with Garlic, Ginger, C's, and

Echinchea. Now all I have is the sniffles. Too bad I was vaccinated

as a child, because it looks like my daughter didn't catch the flu and

she hasn't been vaccinated at all. I did pump up her immune system

though

It started with a slight pain in my back, then pain in my legs (like I

just worked out heavily) then my joints, then pain through my upper

body. I also had a headache for 2 days straight, it was a headache in

the back of my head. Very slight sore throat, slightly runny nose.

That was for 2 complete days straight, then I took extra garlic pills

(and others that I mentioned) cause I couldn't stand the pain, after

having a very sweaty night, I mean I was dripping wet. I woke up

without pain. Now my nose is cloggy and I have a dry cough. But thats

MUCH better than the pain I had. I'm feeling better and better as the

days go on.
