Guest guest
My daughter at 8 weeks developed all over bumpy rash after I consumed pastuerized milk. Could it be something you ate. OT infant acne Sorry for going off topic but I was hoping some of you might have experienced this. My 5 week old daughter has just in the last few days develped a horrible rash on her face. I am assuming it is infant acne. It is very rough bumps on her entire face including eye lids. When she sleeps or nurses, it is much much redder. It's aweful. Any of you had this and what did you do for it? My first had it very mildly and it was not red. The others did not. Thanks, Bambi
Guest guest
My 4 week old daughter broke out really bad after we ate watermelon last summer. Did you eat something that you don't normally? -- OT infant acne Sorry for going off topic but I was hoping some of you might have experienced this. Guest guest
Yes. I got this advice from alternative MD. They gave me olive oil at my daughter's homebirth and told me to keep any acne she later developed well lubricated. It is contrary to the feeling you must keep it washed and dry. The olive oil is easy to apply with a cotton ball. > Sorry for going off topic but I was hoping some of you might have experienced this. Guest guest
I have no clue what it could be. I have not changed anything as far as eating that I can think of. Thanks, Bambi Yes Bambi my dd had it and and cradle cap and they were both awful. To be honest with you I did nothing and it went away of its own accord. I didn't wash her excessively, as I believe too much soap is not good for the skin's natural oils. By that I mean she got a bath in the very beginning only once a week and now at 17 months only gets a bath 3 times a week. There is now no trace at all of either condition. I hope that helps, at least a little. I hope it goes away soon for you. ~ in PA
