Homeopathy/yoga and Christianity

We are a very conservative Catholic family and I use homeopathy, herbs

and yoga.

I dont know anybody except maybe a few really radical fundementalist

groups that think homeopathy is New AGe. Usually they dont understand

the science behind it. If they really understood it they would see why

there is nothing new age or satanic about it.

Regarding yoga- I dont get involved with any of the chanting/meditation

which can be New Age, I simply use yoga for the strengthing/stretching

and relaxation poses. I think it can be very beneficial to people

especially those that have injuries and cannot do other more strenuous

exercises.

Plus it is great during pregnancy-really helps with labor and delivery

and other discomforts of pregnancy.
