We need about 5-8 grams of fat per day.

The average American eats about 85 grams of fat per day.

The average American is overweight and prone to heart disease.

How much fat should we eat, in order to lose weight

Ideally, reduce your total fat to about 30 grams per day.

Of this, no more than 10 grams may be saturated fat.

There are lots of other fat-facts

but they are mind-numbingly boring.

The bottom line is: EAT LESS FAT

~~~Eat less sugar~~~

Fact

If you never ate another gram of sugar in your life,

you'd be MUCH healthier.

Your body doesn't need it.

Your appetite can be ruined by it.

Your weight is ruined by it.

You can get diabetes by eating too much of it.

And it contains ZERO nutrition.

That said, giving up sugar completely is not realistic.

Because most processed foods contain it.

However, I strongly urge you to minimize your intake.

Example

Drink more water.

Drink more 100% fruit juices.

Drink fewer soft drinks.

Eat less candy.

Eat fewer cookies.
