Eating regular fruit helps combat both heart disease and cancer.

So it's worth making friends with.

If you hate fruit

Make yourself a daily smoothie.

Put lots of strawberries, a few raspberries, plus

either, a tub of natural yogurt,

or, a scoop of low fat ice-cream

into a blender and throw the switch

Hmm... tastes delicious!

You can mix almost any variety of fruit (canned or fresh).

Add yogurt or low-fat ice-cream or fruit juice.

You'll LOVE it!

~*~*~What to do if you (or your family) hate vegetables~*~*~

Many people hate vegetables, especially if they are still at school.

(The people, not the vegetables.)

Two solutions

Make a hot curry

Add plenty of vegetables.

You won't taste the vegetables.

Make homemade soup in a blender

Add plenty of vegetables, lean chicken (or lean bacon).

No one will know they are eating vegetables. (Don't tell them).
