2001 was an awful year all around for *most* people, so let's make 2002 the

year we all turn around and improve ourselves, instead of just muddling

through!

And although I hate to admit it, because I do hate exercise so much, but it

*does* increase those endorphins that make us feel better, emotionally. So

come on, let's all douse ourselves in good exercise sweat and release those

endorphins!!!!!

Sue in NJ

who, believe it or not, hasn't had any coffee yet this morning!
