WILL YOU STILL NEED ME WHEN YOU`RE SIXTY-FOUR? 11/30/2001

In about 10 years, I will be 64 years old, and I can`t wait! By that time,

my Afro will be silver! I`ll be going into different colors, but the tank

tops and shorts will still be my wardrobe. I`m sure by then I will be moving

into the heavy-duty facial and body creams, but what the heck? I will look

great, and do you know why? Because I plan to teach for the rest of my life!

It`ll take a lot to stop my heart from pumping!

Wouldn`t it amaze the world if after I`m gone they find out that people who

did my sweatin` tapes lived longer than anyone else on earth? Oh, yeah,

chuckle if you will, but for 30 years, I`ve been actually teaching you how

to live longer, feel better, and look better! You may not be at the weight

you want to be at yet, but by improving your eating habits and exercising

d…d…daily, you surely do increase your life expectancy.

By doing the locomotion, the jerk, and the disco moves, you are adding years

to your life and your bones! By making wiser choices, eating more fruits and

vegetables, which I know you`re not eating, you will improve your digestive

system, your stomach, and all of your vital organs. Knowing that you’re

doing it and being pleased with yourself will put you in a better mood!

Oh, come on. You can walk down the street and see people in their sixties,

seventies, and eighties, and they are vibrant looking and their skin is

clear and their hair is shiny and they radiate wellness! They have spunk in

their steps, and they have smiles on their faces without even smiling! Most

importantly, they think clearly, and their minds are sharp. I want to be one

of those people, don`t you?

When I`m 74, I still want to be writing these messages, and when I`m 84,

I`ll most probably build my own senior retirement village. Oh, my goodness,

that`s a great idea! It goes to the drawing boards tomorrow. Will you still

need me? Of course you will, and will I still need you? Hey, we`re all

cheerleaders, so follow me, and let`s grow old together. I can still see me

doing auditions in the future, and everyone – including me – will be over

100!
