> Lifting weights is GREAT for toning and LOSING weight! It is amazing!

I have to be *very* careful with these. Light weights are usually fine, like

1 - 3 pounds that I use with the More To Love Fitness video

(http://www.moretolovefitness.com), but if I use too heavy a weight when my

neck is acting up I do more harm than good.

Toning cords are another bane of my existence. I actually dislocated my

shoulder once using toning cords to one of 's tapes! My doctor was

laughing hystericaly at me, and I told him it was all *his* fault, since

he's the one who told me to do toning along with aerobics. At least he then

knew I really *was* following his orders!
