I AM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone I just got on the scales and I am DOWN 4 pounds So now I weigh 241. My weight when I started was 250 so that is a total of 9 pounds down. Has been a long time coming off. But I am so thrilled to see the scales moving Down

My goal for Christmas is 12 too. That will put me at 229. My exercise goal is going to be 5 days a week. I have to hard a time trying to get it in on the weekends. Sometimes if it is nice I can get a walk in. But most of the time with all the kids and Don home, it just doesn't work out. So I will commit to 5 days and do more if I can. I will start weighing on Friday morning for now. I usually don't weigh that often. But I think it will be a good idea for this goal.

Don't forget those holiday weekends, like the one coming up right now! LOL

Don't get hung up on the scale, especially if you haven't been weighing that

often!!! You'll just drive yourself nuts with the daily fluctuations, and

the first time you see you gained a pound overnight you'll get frustrated.

Remember, if you're increasing the amount of exercise you're doing you may

even gain a little at first as the muscle mass increases. Why not just not

weight until maybe the mid-point, then again right before Christmas (Who

weighs in on Christmas Day?).

Sue is right...if you don't want to weigh weekly no worries...I enjoy

it but I don't let myself get bummed out by just one weeks

number...very important not to let the numbers dictate your

life...All we want is to see a loss by christmas, a downward trend by

christmas eve...so if you only want to weigh once so be it....if you

want to weigh weekly no problem either just don't let one weeks

numbers get you down

started to cooperate and get with you on this! I am so happy for you.
