Guest guest
> cheaper. When is your Thanksgiving? Next to last Thursday in November, so this year it's the 22nd - my baby's 18th birthday. I have a funny feeling at least one of her kid will still be sick for the occasion. Sue in NJ
Guest guest
That's great! You can celebrate his birth with thanksgiving! Also get two dinners over at the price of one!!! I think we all have at least one of those holidays where the family is sick. I do the cool baths and ice too. Sometimes the old ways are the most effective still. And it always seems they need meds when money is short. Meds should be free for children. Surely the drug companies make enough money off the rest of us? And it would work out cheaper in the long run than hospitalization costs. > > cheaper. I really NEED to go to my families. I will just keep praying and doing everything I can to get them all healthy by then. Kim
Guest guest
I agree with you that medicine should be free for the children. It sure adds up when you have 4 of them. We have got to get Don's new insurance set up soon. This is always the time of the year that all of them get sick a lot for some reason. Kim -- Re: OT Thanksgiving That's great! Guest guest
>>I will just keep praying and doing everything I can to get them all healthy by then. Hopefully this will be a fast-moving germ and the antibiotics will kick it out of everyone in plenty of time. Just don't hesitate to take any of the others in for medication as soon as they get it. Since you were just there, maybe the doc can save you the cost of another visit and just prescribe it over the phone if needed. Guest guest
Yes that is what I was hoping. I have a perscription for , so I thought if isn't starting to feel better by tomorrow that I would fill that one for her. They are only 2 years apart so I would think that it would work for her. What do you think? Guest guest
Yeah that is what I was thinking I would do. If she isn't better in the morning I will call the Dr. and tell him how she is feeling. Her weight is on record there because she just had her imunization shot a few weeks ago. So maybe they will call in a perscription for her. I don't want to take a chance of her not getting enough. Plus is starting to run a fever again tonight.
