Yet I sneak in to see how everyone is doing and there are no posts to read. I can't be on the computer forever but reading still helps motivate me... I miss you guys I have not done so well with food today. My breathing is very labored & I am not motivated to do anything... not good! Especially on the first day of Kate's challenge.
