When I wear just a t-shirt and jeans, I'm usually 1.5-2lbs heavier! So if you've maintained while fully dressed PLUS a coat, you've got a loss there, woman! Besides, I hear that you can coax your scale into giving you a better reading if you use it while naked more often. <<<<<<<<<<<<<< Well I like to weigh naked but the only place I can weigh is in my kitchen and all my children were home at the time so I didn't think I should stand there naked with them. It would scare the poor kids to death Well it really wasn't a coat it was a house robe and my sweat pants. But I am sure that they did weigh at least 1-2 pounds. So HOPEFULLY tomorrow ALL my children will go to school and so when I get back from taking them then I will get on again and see if it will be lower without my clothes. >>>>>Pssst... I can see you sitting there without your water. This is your conscience speaking telling you to get up and fill your glass. <<<<<<<<< Hey shock of all shocks I am actually sitting here with my big 32 oz. glass of WATER Can you believe it Graphics a courtesy of http://graphicsbygodslamb.peacesites.net/

Guest guest
> someone else and I've lost another 1.5! for a new official weight of > 291.5! Woohoo!! Sounds great! > spending at least 35mins jogging Just a question - Doesn't all that impact from your weight hurt your knees while jogging? My family doc, an avid jogger himself, says nobody over 200 pounds should even *attempt* to jog unless they want artificial knees before 5 years is out. He says the impact of all that weight just wears the cartilege and fluids right out. The office specialty is sports medicine but some of them also added family practitioner to their list of degrees and certifications. > Kim: Take all your clothes OFF before you step on that scale!! Definitely! I, myself, don't go entirely naked, just to the light-weight pajamas (that I wear all year round). My kid weighs each and every time in his jeans and t-shirt, though, but because it's the same weight clothes every time he knows if he's going up, down, or staying the same. He doesn't care about the numbers. > El: I thought an egg was an egg! Do you know some brand names > of 'safe' organic ones off-hand? I don't know about what's in Canada, but my local A & P has 4 or 6 different brands of organic eggs, both brown and white varieties.
