Guest guest
Ice rink! Goodness Gracious, you're braver than I am! When I take my kids I watch from the sidelines. No way I'm getting out there. I love rollerskating, but I found that ice skating is a lot harder than it looks. Way to go on the 2 pounds. Don't worry, your bladder will adjust. Begining my journey Well once again I was about 80 messages behind when I got on this morning. I did go to the ice rink with my husband and managed to do 5 laps. Of course I think that has something to do with me being up half the night peeing. Guest guest
Oh no I wasn't skating that would be a creul joke for me to have to get up on those little blades. My husband plays hockey and we were watching him. Gretchen > Ice rink! Goodness Gracious, you're braver than I am! When I take my kids I watch from the sidelines. No way I'm getting out there. In any event I'm happy since I havent walked in > months. That's great taht you were able to do even that much! One of my goals for today is to get back on that treadmill and do 10 minutes! The last time I was on it was about 2 weeks ago, after being off for almost a month, and my sciatica hurt so much I never touched it again. I know I *have* to get back on it, even if it's just for a few minutes. Baby steps. > I really wasnt doing any diet, exercise, or water until Jaci > introduced me to the list, but in the last few days I have done > better and I weighed this morning and it showed a 2 pound loss. Of ALL RIGHT!! See, we're going to nag that weight of of you. > course I think that has something to do with me being up half the > night peeing. I think I need to get used to this water thing. Some say your body gets used to the excess fluids. My 48 year old bladder certainly *can't*, so I stop all liquids at 6pm when possible. Of course things happen to change that, like having a soup meal planned then not being able to actually *eat* it until almost 8pm like yesterday. You may have to find your own body's time table. Just keep up the good work. Sue in NJ 292/255/150 http://member.tripod.com/sue_in_nj/rich.htm
Guest guest
> - J > drip... drip... drip..... Oh, STOP this, please!! This body is getting so old that just the *suggestion* of dripping water sends me running to the toilet!! You should see me when I do the dishes - wash one dish, dry off and run to pee, wash and dry hands, repeat until sink is empty.
