You shouldn't have to look far to find the recipe. > > I have been using the epsom salts with religious determination. > > But I have not yet used the Clorox. For two reasons: > > 1. Guest guest
Hi Willow, I will tell you the recipe as suggested by someone who I think is over this.. Get a garden sprayed at Walmart--only $8. Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Then add 2 cups epsom salts. Stir it well and keep stirring until all salt is liquified. While your pot of epsom salts is cooking---put water in the sprayer (to about half full) then add 2 cups of Clorox bleach into the water that is in the sprayer. After your epsom salts are liquified...add this into the sprayer. The solution should turn pink. DO NOT MIX AMMONIA OR WINDEX WITH BLEACH!!!!! I think this epsom salt/bleach solution really helps..but is toxic...wear a painters respirator mask or at least those cheap dust masks!! Guest guest
Hi Willow, The recipe that Lucy listed below is for the environment only! This was one of the things that we used to rid our environment of the mites. Don't spray this on yourself and leave it on. If you use the bleach on your body, be sure to rinse it off within a few minutes. Just wanted to clarify! Hugs to all! > > > > > > I have been using the epsom salts with religious > > determination. > > > > > > But I have not yet used the Clorox. For two reasons: > > > > > > 1. Guest guest
Has anyone found that their environment no longer needs constant cleaning after having severely limited their diet to something akin to brown rice, rye crackers, eggs and vegetables? I feel like that is the case for me and my sister. We are on stage 1 of the soothing the itch diet and working on getting a script for ORAP through a family member w/o having to pay for a useless doc. Also I think we may still have rats in the walls. ABSOLUTELY no sign of them elsewhere. However, after reluctantly returning to sleep in the bed I was first infested in I heard the unmistakable sounds of their nails scurrying down the walls. We still dont know how they are getting in there. We did ID a Rat Mite ourselves about a month back. I think the vitamin B complex twice to three times a day really helps scare biters away. I have never resorted to clorox and salt, but then maybe we have something different? My only symptoms now on the diet are itchy skin that kind of feels like fiberglass at times. Of course the side effects are low energy due to the lack of variety of foods. I wish someone would draw up a survey for people to fill out on their experience with this. Does anyone want to help me? > > I have been using the epsom salts with religious determination. > > But I have not yet used the Clorox. For two reasons: > > 1. Guest guest
I was on that diet for almost 3 months. This was actually after getting rid of the mites, as I still felt sort of not right.....the weird crawling on my feet stopped on the diet....I've since switched to an alkaline diet and havent had a relapse of any kind. I think you would have to get a hold of Tim to see about getting a servay going....not sure how to do one otherwise...but a good idea a pole of what different people have done for this and the success they had with it would be great. > > > > I have been using the epsom salts with religious determination. > > > > But I have not yet used the Clorox.
