Hi Z,

I think the parasite cleanse is taking a little longer for me since I

am on half the dose. I can't imagine taking twice the dose like

SOM. If I took that much I would have to take up residency in my

bathroom!!! Oh no!

I haven't seen any worms but more white specks are coming out of my

skin and the black specks are diminishing. I hope that is a good

sign.
