Am I going crazy or????

I know this is a common question within people who have mite problem.

I'm itching the whole day and at night, doing all the cleaning,

washing,etc. I do not ever see them on my body !!!!Or on my husbands

or sons. How do I take sample from us if i can not see them????

After sleeping in your bed at night in which is wrapped in plastic, pillows too, take a piece of clear packing tape and use it on the sheets. Take the sheets off and use another piece on the plastic. Yet another for your plastic covered pillows. Hold it up to DAYLIGHT and see if you can see anything that way.

When I feel a bite, I spray the epsom salt/h20 on there and rub it with my bare

hand until dry , then I look at my hand--once your hand is dry --a little black

speck or sliver usually appears on mine.
