Homemade Topical Ivermectin & Sulphur Cream?

Ok friends... I need some help on this please! I know somewhere this has been posted time and time again, but after an exhaustive search on the forum, I can't seem to find the post/answer. So here we go again! (sorry...)

How would one make a Topical Ivermectin Cream with the horse paste kind? What do you mix with the Iver? Can you add Sulphur to this as well? If not, how would one make a sulphur based cream for topical use? Does anyone know the dosage? How much sulphur to how much cream? Does of any of the above even work? Which one? Or am I wasting my time?

Or can someone point me to the correct post where all of this has been explained? Or to a reliable website that explains this?
