Hi,

I've finally got the manting soaps. Even though my friend sent it

to me via express mail, i still got it late because it is the holiday

season. I'll try it tonight and let you know how it works

Dear all,

this week i'm starting to feel 10 times better compared to last

week. I'm not sure whether it is the manting soap, windex or the new

pills i'm taking

(which is Doxepin, an anti-itch anti-depressant). Before I've tried

Zyrtec and Amitripline and they didn't seem to work.

Today my brother brought me one shocking news. Apparently one of

his roommate has been experiencing similar problem.

Early September my brother decided to go to school to finish his

masters degree. The house he moved into was known to have been

infested with something. They also bombed the house a few times

before he moved in. One day he went to my place to collect some stuff

and spent 1 afternoon sleeping on my bed,. About 1-2 weeks later i

started to feel the itch. I complained to him and he simply scolded

me for being an oversensitive crybaby.....

In these few months he was concentrating on his studies and didn't

interact much with his roommates. Yesterday he found out that one of

his roommate has been experiencing the exact same thing as what i hvae

been experiencing. The roommate claimed the thing is scabies, but

i've went to 3 skin doctors and was told that the thing was in my head.

Anyway, tonight I will wash again with Manting, and soak myself in

Sulphur bath. Good luck to you all and beware of infested

apartments/houses

LFA- I'm glad you're doing better.

How is it possible that your brother be a healthy carrier of the

mites and not be affected by them at all? I would check with him in

case you are missig some of your manting cream..

Bill-

Glad to hear you are doing better than you were a few weeks ago.

I wish you the best.

Your brothers room mate probably did get some relief with the scabie

medicine.

Wash your sheets if your bother naps at your house again. He might be

the carrier of something and not even know it.

Take care,

Ray

Many Mites-

You are a funny man.

I'm glad things seem better for you and your family. I'm glad the

heat treatment seemed to work for you all and the CO2

LFA- keep an eye on your Doxepin when your brother goes over. :-)

Seriously my 15 year old seemed to be the carrier of our mites and he

never seemed to get bitten but he is on immunosuppressive drugs and I

believe it kept him from getting the whelts we were getting. So,

people can be carriers.

Have a good weekend,

Ray

We're still battling these things hard. Heat helped but only to an

extent since I wasn't able to reach 120F in all places in addition to

leaving the mattresses inside the house. I think they hid in the

mattresses and the attic.

We are all bathing on Listerine and it seems to be working pretty good.

Thanks for the tip..
