Guest guest
Hi all I have a large box of psyllium which has lasted for years. I have never taken it in prolonged periods of time until lately .I started using it regularly hoping it could help pull out toxins. I have had gut issues for many years. I always noticed psyllium seemed to give me constipation instead of working as a laxative. But as I said I never took it for a long time. Nowadays I use 1/3rd of whats recommended on the box. I seem to get a headache from it, and I get a pressure in my lower back. Why could one experience these effects from psyllium? Could ofcourse be some allergy type reaction, but is it possible that psyllium has helped remove toxins, and the body gets more freed up resources and thus speed up detox, leading to headache and back pressure? Anyone here who has definetely felt that psyllium have helped them? Per
