Guest guest
Those others (Bioflavanoids / Rutin / Quercetin / Rosehips) can be good for vascular health, which certainly is beneficial if you have vasculitis as part of your pathology. I have Lyme, and a low level of vasculitis, which is an auto-immune type of problem with Lyme (reacting to the linings in the veins, which presents as a lot of small bloated capillaries near the skin on the ankles and legs and sometimes arms), so I take those. The Rutin seems to be the most important for me for some reason. Summary - I don't believe they treat CFS directly, but are a useful adjunct for some of the effects of certain co-infections. --Kurt Re: Rich / all : Bioflavanoids/ Rutin / Quercetin/ OPC's/ Rosehips and CFS Hi, CS. I don't know how beneficial these would be in CFS. The OPCs are some of the most powerful bioflavonoids. Others have antioxidant effects also, but I don't know of data on their use in CFS.
