Guest guest
You might want to read Healing Nutrients Within, Braverman, and The Mood Cure, Ross for another route , an option to adderall. Amino acid testing may also be helpful. Metametrix is a good lab for that in the USA. From: " qqtip2001 " jcook38@... Date: Fri May 26, 2006 5:01am(PDT) Subject: Doing a weight training circuit, could be cause of relapse? Hi, From a previous post, I spoke of my concerns about adderall. At the same time, I enrolled in a 90 gym membership to accompany my mom while she undergoes cardiac rehab. They have a nautilus circuit that takes 15-20 minutes somewhat like Curves for women. It is trainer assisted(free). The trainer knows I have CFIDS and recommended warming up with 5 minutes on a cardio machine (easiest level). Second, regarding weights not to " push past the burn like normal people " ,but to stop when I feel the beginning of the burn. Weight training uses different metabolic pathways than cardio, with cardio being the hardest for persons w CFIDS. He said to add 2 minutes to cardio every week. I have gotten stronger, but feel like hell unless on adderall. Could weight training be cause for relapse? mjh " The Basil Book " http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/
