I took Whey |Protein exclusiovely on its own in the mornings for 3 months -

I then added a sepearate lactoferrin supplements for parasites in the evening

for 4 weeks before moving onto another supplements to kill off cocnut oil for

4 weeks and then onto manuka honey to kill off h pylori.

Dan,

Lots of small improvements add up. I have had quite a few in the past

two years or so. And most recently I am having a positive experience

with RenewPro that may be relevant. I first started using Immun-o-cal

and then ImmunePro about four years ago. It did not seem to help much

then. I went through some other therapies and tried it again about two

years ago. It did something that time, but I felt just awful taking it

and after a few months had to stop. Now I am trying again and finally

it seems to be helping. The difference is the adjuncts I am now using.

I am now on salt/c, and take several supplements shortly after the

RenewPro to help with some of the possible problems that have been

identified on this list lately. I think the most important adjuncts to

RenewPro for me are molybdenum, Vitamin E, Vitamin A (dry form),

Selenium and Modifilan. The first four are to help support glutathione

production. The last, the Modifilan is to keep down the levels of

circulating mercury. This combination is definitely working, I have

more stamina than before, this is the first time RenewPro is working the

way it should.

Also, the salt/c alone gave me a big turn-around, about 18 months ago.

And also finally getting off benzodiazepine just a few weeks prior to

starting salt/c made a big difference (took almost a year for the

withdrawals to stop, I was on benzo for 8 years solid). And using

fermented cabbage helped with some problems. And the final big boost

has been EMF blocking. And now the glutathione is finally starting to

return. My next attempt at a small improvement is some serious detox, I

am starting with an herbal/fiber cleanse, but plan on many more cleanses

after that. The reality of a decade of glutathione depletion finally

has dawned on me, I am massively toxic and must detox. Also probably

full of bugs, so another step I plan to take soon, probably once the

detox is working better, is to start killing some bugs.

So maybe some ideas here?

LACTOFERRIN: Essential to recovery?

How important is lactoferrin? Has anyone found it to have helped them

feel better, whether

they took it as a supplement, or as part of a whey powder like RenewPro

or ImmunePro?

I'm getting so weak I feel like I'm dying -- so looking for anything

that might help me turn

this around, even if it's a small improvement.

thanks,

Dan

Yes, lots of interesting ideas. I've been taking molybdenum, and some whey, but

no MSM

or other sulfur compounds, which I think I need, but -- damn -- wish a doctor

would

confirm this. Mine is hopeless...

Regarding EMF's -- I did get a really good deal on a Q-Link (for 1/4 the usual

price on

ebay) but it works differently than your EMF-blocking hat. It supposedly

harmonizes the

EMF's in the environment rather than blocking them. Haven't really noticed a

difference

except perhaps some worsening -- maybe a herx thing (although I question that

term) --

so who knows.

As you know, I'm underweight big time, so your news of the hat helping you with

that was

encouraging, and I may just try it too, if only I could win the lotto!

Thanks for all your suggestions -- I really appreciate them.

Hope others will chime in too!

I recall feeling very weak for long periods. Especially after a doc who

thought I was merely fat and neurotic gave me a flu shot. It was a VERY long

road back from that, And I have never really been the same.

I can't recall everything I might have done then, but some I can:

Vit C- lots

an antivaral herb-osha (Porter's lovage)

I use zinc as well nowadays if I feel something flu-y is trying to catch me.

Here are the things that make me feel stronger and give me energy;

D,L-phenylalanine

A flu shot is what triggered my neuro-Lyme symptoms. I had only arthritis

till this *** shot. It ruined my immune system. Maybe you have an unknown

infection going on?
