Beach,

What is your real name?

My real name is a Carnes. I use it at some personal risk, but I

figure people's lives are worth some honesty on my part since I have

had the temerity to write a few medical articles and speak before the

NIH and CDC on behalf of patients.

Perhaps you would like to write the CFIDS Association with this

request using your actual name. This might amount to economy of risk.

What makes some of us think " Beach " is an AKA? Remember River Pheonix? How

about Moon Zappa? I know plenty of people with earth or universe names. I

myself have a niece named Prairie. What's the problem?

Of course there are legitimate reasons for using a different name. But there

are also not-so-legitimate reasons. If people have been asking over time

there must be reasons why they are suspicious (and most do not keep

insignificant posts from 2 years ago). We are well aware that there are

those who make people up or use fake ids to support their position or

pretend to support their organizations. Most pick up on writing styles,

phrases, lots of exclamation points. In many instances it is rather obvious

who people really are - and why they invent fake identities.

a,

First of all, let me suggest that you look at your inbox from April

of 2004. You may recall that you asked me this question previously

and I answered. Other than that, I feel that I don't owe you or

anyone else here any explanations.

discussed here, please consult your doctor.
