Guest guest
Bless your Granny, ..... Epsom salt has been with me since childhood, for the bath. Internally, I use Milk of Magnesia as my supplemental source of Magnesium with none of the complications that can come with the chlorides, citrates and chelates. I try to keep it simple and cheap. WHy, you ask? Have you ever tasted Epsom salt? Grim and bear it, scarf it down 'cause it's your medicine! MoM is much gentler on the palatte. _www.mgwater.com_ (http://www.mgwater.com) MgMaven mjh In a message dated 5/15/2006 1:54:07 PM Eastern Daylight Time, writes: I was just reading somewhere about someone using 'epsom salts'- and it came flashing back to me, the oddly shaped flat green tin of epsom salts that always sat beside the sink in the kitchen. My grandmother used to take it several times a day for her 'rheumatism' Looking it up I have read that epsom salts are said to be a useful source of magnesium; and are also sometimes used in the treatment of autism and gulf war symdrome. Perhaps she was even smarter than I previously believed? any thoughts, anyone? all the best yvonne mjh " The Basil Book " http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/
