Thumbs down. ***I haven't used creatine monohydrate so can't really comment on direct experience, but I think a warning is appropriate: For a normal healthy person, it can quickly dehydrate them and it's important to drink lots of liquids while using it, but for PWCs where many of us have low blood volume and diabetes insipidus(DI) via low glutathione anything that may dehydrate us further until the DI is resolved seems highly questionable to use. I dont' use my too often but it does give my muscles short term help.
