Guest guest
Hi , I cannot follow your advice to Janet because I am already trying to recover from detoxing too quickly from an infrared sauna treatment several years ago which caused severe reactions giving me a serious health relapse. I tried Glutithione in many forms & the oral lipsomal was especially effective because the die off reactions were intolerably severe. I am already in so much pain I cannot walk. I cannot even use the teeniest amount of Glutithione to work up to a higher dose because I cannot handle any more of the die-off side affects. I take a lot of highly absorbable magnesium & many vitamins & supplements etc. So just wanted people to know your advice does not apply to everyone. Guest guest
Hi Sue, It is comforting to know I am not the only one who is ill enough that I cannot detox very safely or build up glutithione like most people recommend. I have tried a lot of the treatments for this illness over the years & I keep getting worse. This is inspite of doing everything possible to take care of my health. Good diet, rest, lots of supplements/ herbs/ Vitamins, electrolytes, minimal stress, safe living situation etc. I have tried most precursers & most forms of Glutithione. Now I am trying to patiently await the results of Amy Yasko's Genetic testing. Which they say will take 4 months. I am afraid to try anything new until I get more specific info on what is going wrong with my body's systems. I think there are more people in our situation where the treatment advice we are getting is not appropriate. My Dr. & everyone else said raising my glutithione level is vitally important. But there is no way I can do it at this point. C J
Guest guest
Hi, Janet. Feeling a bit sicker or crashing by because die-off or toxic removal is fairly normal for PWCs on glutathione repletion therapies. Cut back a bit in dosage if is it too much to tolerate, otherwise keep going. The ultimate benefits to glutathione repletion are in the long term(several months, years perhaps in some). Make sure to get plenty of magnesium in the process along with a good broad spectrum multivitamin/mineral on a daily basis. Guest guest
Hi CJ, I believe it only takes about 6 weeks to get your genetic test results back from Dr. Yasko. Then probably another month for the GAR. I have about 3 more weeks for my second batch of test results since I ordered my split up a few months ago. I started her program right away because she has it set up like that. Have you visited her forum at www.autismanswer.com? That is where I got started and I am into the program for 3 months with only knowing a partical of my test results for one month. There is till a lot you can do while you are waiting your result. I won't get into the details because it is complicated but I feel necessary. I am just now starting to tolerate the Source Naturals 50mg sub-lingual glutithione tabs at one per day. This is a very low dose, but Dr. Amy has recommended it to several who are just starting to introduce it if they are ultra sensitive like us. It really sounds like you have really been trying to take on the healthiest lifestyle possible like my self. . . . don't get discouraged . . . . you will get better. It may take awhile, but I am at the point where I may start riding horses again very soon like I used to. Guest guest
HI , Thank you for your help. My plan is to cut back to 400 mg on the glutathione push, keep up the Whey protein, turmeric and oral supplementation. (Do I need the oral supplementation??? Or does it all just go to my liver??? I also have gotten trouches from my compunding pharmacy, glutathtione sublingual, 250 mg. I am going to add that in as well. I have no intention of stoping!! I intend to get well!!!. I will up the push as I go on, depending on how I feel. OK?? Thank you, Janet in San Diego davidhall2020 <davidhall@...> wrote: Hi, Janet. Guest guest
Sue, I just realized that with 500 mg a day on the Source Naturals sublingual glutathione, I would use 10 a day. To get that per month, it would cost me a little over $15.00. I just paid $150.00 for the same thing (except they were 250 each)!!! What great advice that was!!! OK?? ***I think you can drop oral reduced glutathione capsules given the expense and the fact that you're using a whey protein, a far more effective method IMO, to support your liver getting the right precusors to make glutathione. Sounds like a good plan overall to keep going!

Hang in there CJ Sue T Cbuf1920@... wrote: Hi Sue, It is comforting to know I am not the only one who is ill enough that I cannot detox very safely or build up glutithione like most people recommend. C J
Guest guest
" HI , Thank you for your help. OK?? " ****In my case I found that concentrating on 1 supplement at a time until I had reached on optimun was bet and then id move onto the next one. regards Cs
Guest guest
Thanks, CS, for that referral. Looks like a great product. I looked for a probiotic cream at my health store and saw nothing. Do you have a suggestion about that?? Thanks for your help, Janet in San Diego bhammanuk@... wrote: Before trying a probiotics topical cream - look into Topida :http://www.salcuraonline.com/acatalog/intimatecare.html Regards CS
