Hi, Kathy.

I'm sorry to hear about the downturn of your health. You should be

able to handle 3 grams of lysine per day, preferably spread out

during the day. If you go much higher than that and maintain it for

a long time, you can experience possible kidney problems, but 3

grams per day should be fine.
