How much Lysine is too much, Rich? I've just had another

bout of cold sores together with a gut melt down that's put

me down for almost a week. I took a lot of Valtrex but am

still eating only a few foods. Extreme fatigue, bedridden

for several days.

I'm now afraid to go out into the sun at all and that's hard

when the weather is perfect for me right now.
