My brain is the same way, but much better now than ten years ago when even a ringing phone caused acute body pain and I would fall over walking in the field when the air density changed. In my own personal quest towards health, I try to find the reasons my brain is being overstimulated or can't handle overstimulation, and look to certain stimulating amino acids and foods that contain them that I may be eating that may contribute to that. Most of the american diet is LOADED with chemical additives like MSG, aspartame, and artificial colors and flavors that are known to cause this overstimulation...
