That would also tie in with my weak adrenals, but they have been

better recently because I have doubled up my Prednisolone to 5mg

daily for the past week and a half with good benefits.

I must do a search on weak adrenals and mitochondria and see what

comes up.

yep tread carefully

I did this alongside taking Whey Protein.

it only took me a few weeks taking this combination for things to settle

down.

i took licorice every few days.

which will also raise your BP so be careful if your BP is high or borderline.

Salt ad Licorice should help your adrenals oce you have started to raise

Glutathione levels.
