Guest guest
It is very critical in looking at hormones if you are over 35-40 to decide whether you want the slowly dieing levels of a hormone or the levels of someone that grows bone and stays in the 30-35 y/o range. This is ideology and almost religion. Do you want to be aging normally or aging in a way that is possibly healthier? The largest aging organization has no interest in real hormone replacement. Other groups that are aggressive with anti-aging have at times over stated benefits and success. Yet they have offered some positive material over the last 70 years. Since we are not all dying in our 30's and 40's anymore, we have a new decision to make. Should your progesterone and free tesosterone fit that of a 30 y/o, 50 y/o, 80 y/o? Look at the ranges closely since large decades are tossed into one. Best, Schaller, MD www.personalconsult.com
Guest guest
what about estrogen and bioidentical triestrogen cream like Esnatri? I started using a little and it helped my migraines, which progesterone never did and made my cycles from too short to too long. What it really helped was depression. However now my fibroid I got embolized in 2000 is twinging so I guess I will have to lay off the estrogen.
