When I first got sick I think I went a week without sleeping. I

finally went to the hospital and demanded sleeping pills. Later,

another doctor prescribed me Ambien, which helped me sleep, but I

didn't like the idea of taking sleeping pills and it didn't feel

natural.

When I started to suspect the microwaves from cell phone towers I

rented a cabin up in the mountains - out of cell phone range - and

after two months could sleep without the medication.

However, during the new year I went to my in-laws house, which is

about 300 yards away from a cell phone base station. Within 3 days I

had to start taking sleeping pills again.

Besides that, I have found the homeopathic remedies Aconite, Nox

Vomica, and Arsenicum all together help me sleep well. Also, after I

have a medical Qigong treatment I sleep like a baby - straight until

morning.

I heard on CNN that 42 million Americans are now on sleeping pills,

up 60% from five years ago. I wonder why?
