Guest guest
, To increase blood volume, metabolism needs to be increased. The cycle that causes reduced blood volume starts with lowered metabolism. With a low, or blocked, metabolism, tissue does not need as much oxygen. Since less oxygen is needed, less blood is required to carry the oxygen. The catch-22 of this slow downward spiral is that with less blood, less oxygen is delivered to the tissue which then causes a further decrease in metabolism, which requires less blood, and so on, and so on, and so on... I truely believe that the program that I suggest will help to reverse this condition. How? Raise the body temperature and you increase metabolism, increase metabolism and you increase the body's oxygen requirements, Increase the need for oxygen in the tissue and it signals the need for more blood to carry the oxygen needed to meet the demands of the body. I do hope that you seriously take a look at the program as it has been revised and follow what you can of it. I think that you have the address to my new forum where it is described, if not email me and I will send it to you. I have closed down the group CFS-FMS_FIRST-Aid, I will leave it online as there is good information in the archives. For any interested, membership is not required to read the archives. Posting permissions in the group have been turned off. I am drafting a final message to post then that will be it. I may in the future post information on successes but other than that, that group is no longer. It is not serving my purpose, to prove this approach to wellness. Posting to the group has been turned off. I may on occasion post results of successes as they come in the future. Discussion re: the program I will continue in my new forum which is only open to those that want to help prove this approach. What I like is the recent post by K., which has the subject: Feeling Great. She started the program almost 3 years ago and was well after 1 year. Two years later she is still doing well. I wish that all could have similar results. All the best, Jim > > > > Cort, Katrina, Mel, and all who added to this discussion - > Thank you very much. I think I understand this better.
