Guest guest
We have had some pateints do very well with this product, and other's need other things. Has anyone had the sense they really can put into clear scientific reasoning the mechanisms? Any references that would support the mechanism? I have gone over the books on it, but not really 110% clear. Re: Rich / all: psyllium and Bowel improvements Doris, CS and the group, Primal Defense ended up working on two out of the three members of my family who had chronic bowel problems. I use it occasionally myself (My bowel is a little wacko at times, because about ten inches of it has been removed, but Primal Defense settles things down pretty fast.) Haven't solved the third case yet. Rich > > I've had no problems with it. But I do find a combination of fibers works best. Some of that, some flaxseed, etc. Also Primal Defense is very helpful to me, where other probiotics don't make any noticeable difference. > Doris > ----- Original Message ----- > From: bhammanuk@... > Id be interested to know if people have tried psyllium or other stuff to > help them improve bowel movements or do you think its to harsh for the system to > handle? > >
