Hi

Thanks for your earlier post - I really appreciate the effort you put into

it.

Mg doesnt help me in my case - Ive tried it with no beneficial effects.

It took me about five years to figure out how to make Mg work for me.

You might try a transdermal/topical approach. Get a couple of cotton

handerkerchiefs and tie a corner of each together. See if that will fit around

your head.

Make a super saturated solution of Epsom salt, soak the headgear in the

solution and put it on. When the fabric dries, dip it again. It make take

several attempts.

Or if you have a knit cotton cap, soak that. Synthetics will not hold the

solution.

Of course, you will need to take a picture of yourself in your headgear and

post it to the PHOTOS section so we can see you!

Topically, St 's Wort oil should also be helpful especially when it also

includes some hot pepper oil.

Dunno, I have some scalp sensations, but I feel its circulatory.

It comes on probiotics, sam-e, hormones etc.

Its not pain, its a sense of diminished circulation.

What kind of glutathione are you taking? For how long?

When I took too much oral glutathione I got confusion.

Hiya Bernie

It is just as effective as a foot soak as it is in a full body bathtub soak.

Sorry to hear about the bladder issues, I know how challenging that can be.

Keep the water comfortably warm and treat your tootsies to a good soak a

couple of times a day. Use one to two cups of Epsom salt.

A small plastic dishwashing basin might be good, depending on the size of

your feet.

Hope this helps

Hi MJH - How effective is adding epsom salts to a foot bath and soaking

When you are finished with the soak, massage your feet really well with

olive oil or coconut oil. This will help your whole body, too.

Thanks MJH. I have a Dr. Scholl's foot bath so will use that. That

way I get the benefits of the epsom salts, and my feet feel really

good afterwards :-) I should add that I am female so I don't have to

worry about big feet not fitting into a bowl.

Take care.

Hi, CS.

If you can handle " a few whiskeys, " and not be dead and gone, I'd

say that you're not in such bad shape. Of course, if you keep that

up, all guarantees are void! You do realize that ethanol uses up

glutathione, don't you? (:-)

CS,

I don't drink very often but I've noticed the same thing ........not

the same day that I had the drink.....but the day after. Very

strange.

I even remember once a naturopath asked me if I felt better after a

few drinks..........I had no idea why he was asking me this at first

but then he explained. This has been years ago so of course I

cannot remember his explanation.......but now I'm curious what weird

connection ther might be????????????????

help whatsoever since I can't remember anything!

Hi, CS.

Perhaps whiskey has some sulfur aspect to it that's active before its more

prominent glutathione depleting component does its damage?

Gregg, Ph.D. has a theory of increased oxygen transport by use of DMSO, a

sulfur product usually derived from wood.
