Guest guest
Hi Thanks for your earlier post - I really appreciate the effort you put into it. Mg doesnt help me in my case - Ive tried it with no beneficial effects. Regards CS
Guest guest
CS It took me about five years to figure out how to make Mg work for me. You might try a transdermal/topical approach. Get a couple of cotton handerkerchiefs and tie a corner of each together. See if that will fit around your head. Make a super saturated solution of Epsom salt, soak the headgear in the solution and put it on. When the fabric dries, dip it again. It make take several attempts. Or if you have a knit cotton cap, soak that. Synthetics will not hold the solution. Of course, you will need to take a picture of yourself in your headgear and post it to the PHOTOS section so we can see you! Topically, St 's Wort oil should also be helpful especially when it also includes some hot pepper oil. mjh In a message dated 3/5/06 11:04:09 A.M. Guest guest
Dunno, I have some scalp sensations, but I feel its circulatory. It comes on probiotics, sam-e, hormones etc. Its not pain, its a sense of diminished circulation. What kind of glutathione are you taking? For how long? When I took too much oral glutathione I got confusion. Guest guest
Hiya Bernie It is just as effective as a foot soak as it is in a full body bathtub soak. Sorry to hear about the bladder issues, I know how challenging that can be. Keep the water comfortably warm and treat your tootsies to a good soak a couple of times a day. Use one to two cups of Epsom salt. A small plastic dishwashing basin might be good, depending on the size of your feet. Hope this helps mjh In a message dated 3/5/06 6:28:06 P.M. Guest guest
Bernie When you are finished with the soak, massage your feet really well with olive oil or coconut oil. This will help your whole body, too. mjh In a message dated 3/5/06 7:00:08 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, BernieAnne@... writes: Thanks MJH. I have a Dr. Scholl's foot bath so will use that. That way I get the benefits of the epsom salts, and my feet feel really good afterwards :-) I should add that I am female so I don't have to worry about big feet not fitting into a bowl. Take care. Guest guest
Hi, CS. If you can handle " a few whiskeys, " and not be dead and gone, I'd say that you're not in such bad shape. Of course, if you keep that up, all guarantees are void! You do realize that ethanol uses up glutathione, don't you? Guest guest
CS, Maybe it's a hangover from all the whiskey! Guest guest
CS, I don't drink very often but I've noticed the same thing ........not the same day that I had the drink.....but the day after. Very strange. I even remember once a naturopath asked me if I felt better after a few drinks..........I had no idea why he was asking me this at first but then he explained. This has been years ago so of course I cannot remember his explanation.......but now I'm curious what weird connection ther might be???????????????? Guest guest
Cs, I've also had this sensation in the past.........felt like a band was around my head. Back then my Dr. of Oriental medicine explained what the symptom meant......but can't remember. Geesh I " ve been no help whatsoever since I can't remember anything! Guest guest
Hi, CS. Perhaps whiskey has some sulfur aspect to it that's active before its more prominent glutathione depleting component does its damage? Gregg, Ph.D. has a theory of increased oxygen transport by use of DMSO, a sulfur product usually derived from wood. bhammanuk@... wrote: > > Hi > > Ive observed something incredible - I had a few whiskeys last night and I > had a feeling of total clarity and wellbeing recently- I need to establish what > the mode of its actions are whether it anti bacterial or its thinning my > blood which helped - any ideas? > > > Regards > CS
