Guest guest
Ellen, I first used magnesium Chloride solutions of couple of companies.I don't remember the first one at this point but second product that I tried was by Allergy Research. Than I bought bulk magnesium chloride from pharmacy and prepared the solution by myself. That was magnesium chloride hexa hydrate. If you can find magnesium chloride in powder form I can help you to prepare the solution. This was really time, energy and cost saving for me as it supplied my magnesium and also helped me with digestive system problems. At this point I am using magnesium chloride and magnesium hydroxide daily. I have not completely switched to mag chloride. need some more time to decide that. best wishes. Nil Re: magnesium chloride/low stomach acid > Nil, > > Please explain how you use it. Guest guest
Nil thanks for this its very interesting. I have to take 10 caps of betaine with every meal and its is a drag with all the other supplements I take. I thought my stomach acid production may return after I eliminated a H Pylori infection last year but it didn't. I will try the mag/chloride and see what happens magnesium chloride/low stomach acid Hi all, I would like to report that magnesium chloride is helping me with my low stomach acid problem. It helped me to reduce my betaine hcl dosage. Just wished to inform all who might be interested. Best wishes. Nil
