>>> I have a question for ladies in the group(sorry guys).

Can any of you tell me about your experience with PMS or PMDD (I

have this) and having ME/CFIDS. I have a lot of symptoms two weeks

before my cycle that are becoming

difficult to deal with- very sore breasts, sleeplessness,

irritability, anxiety, some depression and extreme fatigue,

especially

a few days before I start.<<<

Hi Dawn

Caffeine can contribute to sore breasts with your period so you might

want to try cutting out coffee, tea and pop from your diet and see if

that helps. I know for me it made a huge difference.

You might also want to try taking B6 and Evening Primrose Oil.

Take care.

>I second the caffeine thing it - will help with the sore breasts AND

PMS in general. I love my coffee and drink half decaf. I've even

gone to acid free coffee and it's made a world of difference in all of

my " body " symptoms, especially my GERD.

Also, I've been taking Calcium supplements and after about four weeks

it really helped my PMS. I went off for a couple weeks a few months

ago and got the worst PMS ever.
