Guest guest
Hi Rich. Dr. Wessely is not considered a monster because of what he looks or sounds like. He is considered a monster because he is stealing our lives by doing everything he can to forestall the day that our illness is taken seriously. This results in effective treatments being postponed further and further into the future. I think that after having the CFIDS experience (the sickness, the loss, the disbelief and contempt, the constant indignities, etc.) for a decade or two, you would find him less than charming too.
