Guest guest
Poor Rich -- you're being overwhelmed with questions! L-carnitine always seems to help me -- and I notice the brand I've been taking right now has magnesium stearate in it!?!!! I just wish it wasn't so expensive -- like everything else that helps...! It's supposed to help in several cardiovascular functions -- helps me walk further, stand longer, etc.. I definitely notice a difference if I stop taking it. Within 2-3 days of resuming it, I feel a positive difference. Here's one of the pages I found on choline (which comes from lecithin) -- here's a quote first: " We are constantly secreting lecithin into our bile, says Dr. Zeisel, and that helps enzymes mix with fat so that the fat is digested. " http://www.mothernature.com/Library/Bookshelf/Books/23/46.cfm and another that says it helps liver function: http://www.healthworks2000.com/Lecithin%20and%20Choline%20Redeemed.htm Thanks Rich, d. Guest guest
Hi, Dan. Thanks for the information about the choline and lecithin. I'm glad that the carnitine helps you.
