B12 injections causing headaches - good or bad sign ?

Hi

I recently started B12 injections but I find a get a very bad headache

a few hours later. I was just wondering if this is a good sign - is

something actually responing to the shots in my brain ?

I must admit since starting them and the Sinatra protocol I am

improving slowly.
