Bob -- no one is saying ALL people with CFIDS should not take supps with

magnesium

stearate -- as Rich suggested, it just may be a problem for some people...

I'm going to try to reduce it, but I think it's impossible to avoid it

completely, and as i just

posted -- the Mercola site suggests that stearic acid is in fact a good thing.

Confusing, right!? :)
