I will answer on the herbs from the study that posted on his webiste

later. I took a fall earlier today, damaged the right foot and am dealing

with significant pain that has migrated.... but I am sure you know how that

goes. Been dosing with Mg and B6 and trace minerals. Ice packs are not

helping.

Brain mushy.

Lemon balm seed are readily available on most seedracks in your local

stores. The produce department of my local grocery carries live herb plants

the

year around and from time to time I see lemon balm among the parsley, sage,

rosemary, thyme, cilatro and dill.

It is easy to grow from seed or plants. Just give it a humusy soil in part

shade. Allow about 18 to 24 inch spacing between plants. Water well and

often.

, once established, can be harvested in Michigan from late May until

late September. It is a hardy, herbaceous perennial. It can become invasive

as it selfsows if not kept pruned. Makes a nice seasonal hedge. Heart

shaped green leaves similar in shape and size to catnip but far less grey.

If you send me your name and address offlist, in March when the conditions

are more favorable, I will try to grab some seed from the garden for you. It is

too wet to gather seed now if I could stand or walk, the seed would mold no

matter how careful gathering is done.

The first plant on the list of the research is a spurge. I have a copy of

the study from PubMed.

Hi mjh,

I appreciate all your herbal expertise. Do you know what the herbs are in

's ciguatera theory? Do they have more common names, and are there any

that we might be taking anyway?

Doing my unscientific finger testing I think maturase ingredient might be

good.

Also can you recommend a place to get seeds for lemon balm, and I was

interested in chick weed, but since it is considered a weed can't find. thanks
