Guest guest
Anthing green in color contains good amounts of cholorphyll..... parsley (fresh) is a great, low cost and easy/familiar to use dietary addition. Learn to love tabbouleh, heavy on the parsley and garlic. Guest guest
hi CS my modest review of Green Superfood powders shows none are particularly effective. Blake and/or others could probably add more learned insight if you can afford it - i'd recommend getting a juicer. although, again, there isn't much in the medical lit (many needed questions have little, if any testing), many anecdotal improvement/succes stories for various illnesses you can get chlorophyll + many other reportedly highly bioavavailable nutrients from juicing fresh organic wheatgrass, which can usually be found or ordered in progressive grocery or health food stores an Omega 8003, or Greenstar, if affordable, and can juice much more than wheatgrass (veges, and to a lesser degree, fruits), or a less expensive manual (usually table-clamped) wheatgrass juicer, pretty much for wheatgrass only lance > > OOPs > > Can anyone recommend a greenfood powder product that they have used? > > Regards > CS > > >
Guest guest
I take one scoop of " perfect food " green powder. I actually feel more energy the next day & drag a bit when I forget to take it. I have a friend who studies herbs and supplements and is credentialed and she recommended it to me. Guest guest
I don't do superfood anymore because I am allergic to wheat (grasses) and I don't do well with barley. What I do find gives me energy is spirulina~I use Klamath blue green algae enzyme enhanced (see www.klamathbluegreen.com). I buy it in capsules at my health food store. A friend recommended it for energy, and it really helps. One in the morning for me. You can take more and build it up, just don't take it too late in the day or you won't sleep as early as you like. in La Selva Beach CA Re: Green Superfood powders OOPs Can anyone recommend a greenfood powder product that they have used?
