d-ribose

about a quarter teaspoon in the morning, about a month; I've been on

Carnitor (acylt-l-carnitine) 3 grams/day for a long time (years) and

never felt that has done any good although my internist thinks I

should still take it; I hoped the ribose would synergize with it and

get those mitochondria producing energy.
