Guest guest
What has helped me the most (and this list does not include everything). I, too, was in great pain, fatigue beyond being able to stand and signficant cognitive dysfunction since April, 1990. I started to turn around in late 1999, about five years ago. SAM-e (an amino acid) officinalis tincture (anti-viral) Magnesium in liquid form vitamin B complex fish oil, with 5 parts DHA to 1 part EPA vitamin C l-Lysine MSM Ginkgo biloba virgin coconut oil bioidentical hormones, including thyroid A whole food diet, high protein Good luck to you In a message dated 1/2/2006 2:06:44 PM Eastern Standard Time, yellerdog@... writes: As a lurker and someone who is suffering terribly from this illness, please send me your protocol. I take Redmond's sea salt which is a very good brand. Is there a certain amount to take? Does this replace the Blasi salts? Bob
