Guest guest
Hi Joyce. I'm in the same boat -- very thin. But I've gained a few pounds -- a miracle for me -- the last couple months, and held onto it. I used to take enzymes, but haven't lately (I do take hydrochloric acid capsules because I have very low stomach acid -- hypochloridia). I think the enzyme you're looking for is lipase -- that helps digest fat. But overall, I've seen improvement by gradually, very gradually increasing fat intake, and taking lecithin and inositol -- and also SAM-e -- which help stimulate bile flow, which in turn helps digest fat. Been itchy, but I think that's because I was eating too many bad fats, and/or too much fat suddenly, after not tolerating it very well for years. It's worse if I have too much cheese, andn perhaps too much fish oil, but has been better the last couple weeks after being almost intolerable 5-6 weeks ago. dan > > Which enzyme has the most celluase? I am so thin you can see thru me. I am not absorbing fat. When I do my sauna once per week the fat-oil rolls off my body. joyce kaye > >
