I was in touch with one of the L Ron Hubbard guys a couple of years

ago. He was visiting the UK & met my husband's brother. The program

that he used for CFS'ers was based on saunas & sweating out toxins. I

react badly to heat so I can't use standard saunas but I'm now looking

at far-infrared saunas to do the same job.

I've misplaced the emails this person sent me but I think the web site

he pointed me to is http://www.detoxacademy.org/
